Marketing Campaigns/Demand Generation Coordinator



Role

We are looking for a Demand Generation Coordinator to be responsible for the lifecycle of Wursta’s sales and marketing campaigns. This includes planning, executing, and reviewing  campaigns to ensure that they meet stipulated goals and to work closely with the go to market teams to enable their success.


We’re looking for a flexible and collaborative teammate who can work well in groups and in a fast-paced environment. You'll build out campaigns using segmentation, creative assets, and copy in support of lead gen efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to drive demand for a large portfolio of Cloud services across multiple industries for a rapidly growing tech company in Austin.

Responsibilities

  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns to gain new customers and build repeat business
  • Create digital scaffolding needed for successful campaigns including target/suppression lists, forms, emails, landing pages, SFDC Campaigns, SFDC updates, SFDC reports, etc.
  • Process target Account lists to enable outbound sales campaigns
  • Develop customer personas and ideal customer profiles and tailored messaging for each
  • Monitor marketing campaigns and measure their success including lead generation, conversion rates, opportunities generated, pipeline attainment, and more with data from Salesforce, Salesloft, Kronologic, etc. 
  • Ensure campaign implementation follows organizational guidelines 
  • Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results
  • Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects



Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in communication, digital marketing or related fields
    • 1-2 years of related job experience
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Knowledge of Google Cloud solutions a plus
    • Experience with Salesforce and Pardot (or other marketing automation tools)
    • Advanced spreadsheet skills
    • Exceptional communication and project management skills
    • In-depth knowledge of running B2B and B2C campaigns
    • Ability to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously 
    • A good understanding of current marketing trends
