Sales Executive

We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven Sales Executive, whose primary job function will be to leverage relationships with both decision makers across your territory and Googlers, to maximize their adoption of Google Workspace and Google Cloud and drive revenue growth for both Wursta and Google. 

The best candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit, a track record of hitting revenue goals quarter over quarter, strong solution selling skills, and the understanding of a three-party sales cycles. This position is ideally located at our office in Austin, TX, although a remote work option will be considered for the right candidate.

  • Design and implement a territory strategy via multiple channels to grow the business in your region
  • Work alongside Google Sales teams to scale your territory plan
  • Drive pipeline and close business with prospective customers to achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals
  • Stay up-to-date and knowledgeable about Google Cloud products and Wursta services
  • Create bespoke account plans in response to customer business goals and oversee potentially complex sales cycles
  • Provide customer solutions by identifying and highlighting product features and functionality
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and win-win focused agreements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers and colleagues across the organization
  • Leverage Salesforce as the source of truth for account engagement


  • 3+ years sales or similar experience with a proven record of achievement
  • 1-4 years in SaaS or IaaS sales preferred
  • Experience working with business leaders and decision-makers
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace/ Google Cloud landscape
  • Strong relationship and solution selling skills 
  • Ability to successfully outbound prospective leads and close deals
  • Experience in three-party sales processes
  • Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, and/or other CRM systems
  • Google Cloud Sales Certifications preferred, but not required
  • Bilingual in French is a plus
