We are searching for a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative Sales Operations Specialist. An ideal candidate will learn fast, keep up with the latest technology developments, present confidently, and ultimately be motivated by keeping our internal teams, external partners, and clients aligned. 

The Sales Operations role provides day-to-day support to ensure the effective execution of customer bookings, account setup, and internal handoff for billing. You will work cross-functionally with the Wursta team to align all parties through process improvements and streamlined communication.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Work closely with Sales and Client Services teams to support clients’ license requirements
  • Process and order all Google and independent software vendors licensing
  • Effectively manage support and booking queues to ensure quality customer experience
  • Manage Wursta and partner portals to successfully onboard new customers
  • Support billing team on monthly cadence by providing visibility & support of bookings
  • Support Sales Director and Client Services Director to build accurate pipeline and forecasting reports and dashboards
  • Create systems and processes in Salesforce for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Own and manage database reporting to ensure data integrity and quality to develop, monitor, and track key metrics 
  • Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct research on clients and perform market and competitive research
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed


  • BA or BS preferred
  • Salesforce experience highly preferred
  • Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) experience a plus
  • 1-2 years of work experience in business operations, sales, client services, finance
