We are searching for a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative Account Coordinator. An ideal candidate will learn fast, keep up with the latest technology developments, present confidently, and ultimately be motivated by keeping our clients happy.


The Account Coordinator’s role is to provide overall day-to-day customer service and support to ensure the effective execution of customer objectives. You will create trusting relationships with a portfolio of assigned accounts, handle all client requests, and process annual renewals. You will need to gain knowledge of the customer’s technology initiatives and business needs to identify areas of opportunity. You will work cross-functionally with the Wursta team to identify solutions that will help our clients’ businesses innovate and grow.


Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for your accounts
  • Take meeting notes and maintain detailed, organized documentation on all client communications
  • Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage Salesforce database and update client account records
  • Conduct research on clients and perform market and competitive research
  • Prepare account status reports
  • Develop, monitor, and track key metrics to support delivery and growth
  • Create systems and processes for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Collaborate with team to identify and grow opportunities within account list
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed


Experience

  • BA or BS preferred
  • Salesforce experience required 
  • G Suite experience highly desired
  • 1-2 years of work experience in client services or customer success a plus
