We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated, detail-oriented, collaborative, and results-driven G Suite Solution Architect looking to catapult his/her self, our clients, and his/her colleagues through hard work.  Our G Suite Solution Architect will have excellent technical, communication, and organizational skills, and previous experience in cloud platform and SaaS products, particularly communication and collaboration tools. Their expertise and presentation skills will be on display as they engage with customers to understand their business and technical requirements, and persuasively present practical and useful solutions on G Suite.  This position is located at our new offices in Atlanta, GA or Austin, TX.

 

In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with the Sales team as a G Suite subject matter expert to help customers get the most out of Google’s collaboration and productivity tools. You will help existing and prospective customers understand the power of G Suite, explaining technical features and problem-solving any potential roadblocks.

Responsibilities

• Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, identify key customer technical objections, and develop the strategy to resolve technical blockers.
• Share in-depth G Suite expertise to support the technical relationship with Wursta’s customers, including product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and the coordination and prioritization of solutions impacting customer adoption of Google Cloud.
• Work with customers to demonstrate and prototype G Suite product integrations in customer/partner environments.
• Recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms and application infrastructure required to successfully implement a complete solution using best practices on G Suite.
• Travel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events as required.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience serving in the capacity of a sales engineer or technical consultant in a cloud computing environment or in a customer facing role (including working as a member of a professional services or systems engineering team).

 

Preferred qualifications:

• Familiarity with Google Cloud, primarily collaboration and productivity tools.
• Experience with on-premise and cloud based mail delivery, routing, and filtering technologies.
• Experience in mobile device management and relevant 3rd party integrations.
• Experience with cloud security, including identity and access management (IAM), SSO, OAuth and 2-step verification.
• Experience with data loss prevention (DLP), retention and e-discovery technologies for email.
• Familiarity with Big Data, PaaS, and IaaS terminology. Effective presentation skills, with the ability to deliver a technical pitch.
• MBA or Master's degree
